Calcutta HC: Requisition of Private Vehicles for Election Duty

 Below is the Calcutta HC order regarding forceful requisition of private vehicles for election duty.   Here the judgement is in favour of the petitioner (here Sachin Halder) and the respondent (here Md. Shaid) was ordered to immediately return the vehicle. On disobeying such order the respondent was subjected to penalty and ultimately had to return the car. DISCLAIMER: This is not legal advice. The Real Truth Behind Omegle's Shut Down

  In early June, YouTuber NicoIsCold recorded another video on the Omegle platform, where he encountered "Mike" and became concerned about his behavior, choosing to post their encounter on his channel.  In response, he received messages from minors confirming his concerns.  The following week, Nico encountered Mike again on the platform and decided to create another video. As the video gained traction, receiving significant attention, at the end of July, Mike's son contacted Nico, requesting the video's removal due to family issues.  After that a detective contacted Nico to gather additional details about the ongoing investigation regarding Mike. Mike himself called Nico on August 1st, admitting his mistakes and expressing remorse.  In early October, Mike, whose real name is Matthew Manoski, faced legal consequences, sparking widespread discussions.
