Calcutta HC: Requisition of Private Vehicles for Election Duty

 Below is the Calcutta HC order regarding forceful requisition of private vehicles for election duty.


 
Here the judgement is in favour of the petitioner (here Sachin Halder) and the respondent (here Md. Shaid) was ordered to immediately return the vehicle. On disobeying such order the respondent was subjected to penalty and ultimately had to return the car.
